1950 - Re-release.  It was their movie debut in which they did NOT have top billing. Of course they were so well received that they went on to become one of the most successful comedy teams in Hollywood history.   Because they were not the main characters in "One Night in the Tropics" they did not appear in much of the original release movie artwork. However, after their enormous success in the 40's this 1950 re-release highlighted them in the lobby card border art and most of the lobby card scenes.  These 1950 re-releases are more RARE then the 1940 release (they are the first we have ever seen).  As you can see every card has great A&C border art.  These five cards are in nice condition except for the last one that has some damage.  Even so, a great group of vintage lobby cards from the first movie A&C appeared in and one many people forgot about. $495 for the set.
