Condition:
I've tried to include as many pictures as possible that will hopefully provide a good idea of the over all condition.

Box has some water spots. There is a slight tear in the plastic on the cover of the box.
Part of the the "Uncle Fester" on the top of the bulb has worn off. It looks like a battery may have corroded in the light assembly at one point.
I did not try to get this to work.

Foil strips (regular household foil should work) and mystery ring are not included
