1954 - The very 1st issue of
sports illustrated from august 16, 1954 with Eddie Matthew’s on the cover. Magazine
is in mint condition. Vibrant color. Mag has the complete set of 1954 cards that are in
mint condition and are listed in the Krause standard catalogue of baseball cards for $350
in near mint. Don’t know what they would be worth in mint condition but some graders
will grade these. An incredible find!! $495
